Exchange & Return Policy
As our products are classified as health and consumable supplements, strict quality control and safety regulations apply. Therefore, exchanges are only permitted under limited and verified circumstances as outlined below.
1. Permitted Grounds for Exchange
Exchanges will only be considered under the following conditions:
a) The product delivered is incorrect and does not match the confirmed order.
b) The product delivered is damaged, defective, or compromised at the point of delivery (supported by clear photo/video evidence taken immediately upon receipt).
c) The quantity delivered is less than the quantity stated in the confirmed order.
d) A certified and licensed medical practitioner provides a formal written letter confirming that a NuSpring product is medically unsuitable for the customer’s specific health condition.
All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product, together with complete supporting documentation.
2. Conditions for Processing Exchange Requests
To ensure fairness and proper review:
a) Customers must provide clear evidence (photos, videos, order number, and batch number where applicable).
b) Customers must respond to our customer service team within 3 working days if clarification or additional information is requested.
c) Failure to communicate, refusal to provide required documentation, or non-response within the stated timeframe will result in automatic rejection of the exchange request.
d) The product must remain unopened, unused, untampered, and stored according to recommended storage conditions unless the issue relates to verified manufacturing defects.
We reserve the right to assess and verify all claims before approving any exchange.
3. Non-Permitted Grounds for Exchange
Exchanges will strictly NOT be permitted under the following circumstances:
a) Requests based on personal preference, including flavour, taste, texture, or individual perception of effectiveness.
b) Claims relating to allergies, intolerances, or dietary conflicts where the customer did not review the ingredient list prior to purchase.
c) Change of mind, mistaken purchase, duplicate order, or ordering error made by the customer.
d) Products that have been opened, consumed, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery.
e) Requests submitted without valid supporting evidence.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing the full ingredient list, product description, and suitability information prior to purchase. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have conducted their own assessment regarding dietary suitability, allergies, and health considerations.
If uncertain, customers are strongly encouraged to consult a healthcare professional before purchasing.
5. “Effectiveness” Clause
As health supplements may work differently depending on individual health, lifestyle, diet, and consistent use, NuSpring does not guarantee immediate results or specific health outcomes.
Accordingly:
a) Claims based solely on “product did not work” or “expected effect not achieved” will not be accepted for exchange or return.
b) Any claim of adverse effects or unsuitability must be supported by a formal written letter from a certified medical professional.
c) Claims of ineffectiveness due to not following recommended dosage, usage instructions, or suggested usage duration (e.g., at least 30 days) will not be accepted.
d) Requests without valid evidence or refusal to provide required documentation will be automatically rejected.
Customers acknowledge that results for nutritional supplements typically require consistent use and healthy lifestyle practices, and individual response may vary.
6. Final Provision
Except for the limited and verified grounds stated in Clause 2.1, all products sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety regulations governing consumable health supplements.
NuSpring reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with the above policy.
